Let me begin by saying, we love BBQ food and have been hearing about this restaurant for a long time and finally had a chance to give it a try. When we first arrived, they already made a great impression by offering complimentary beer or bottled water while your table is made ready. Even more impressive is that they have portable A/C units outside blowing ice cold air in the waiting area at the front door. No wait, we got in right away for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We were seated & served by MIA F. who was most gracious, accommodating & attentive during our entire dining experience. She made several suggestions off the menu and made it very comfortable for us to order what we liked. She knew the menu thoroughly. We started with the “Smokafied wings and Empanadas” that were awesome. The wings were crispy char on the outside and juicy BBQ on the inside. We opted for the “Platter for 2 combo” with ribs & brisket. Let me get this crystal clear…This establishment knows how to BBQ. A third of their entire parking lot outside has a huge BBQ pit going non-stop grilling with pallets of hickory wood and oak stacked up (see photos). BEST. BBQ. EVER. Wow! I love when a restaurant figures it out. These guys definitely have the best BBQ I have ever had and I love BBQ so I’ve tried a lot of places…even some TikTok famous ones. If you are in Miami Kendall area, you have got to try this place. The staff was friendly, the manager came by to see us, and their service was top notch! The food even came out fast which was impressive to me. 5 Stars and I hope you guys put a location in North Florida soon! I would go here every week!

No complaints here. Apocalypse BBQ in Kendall absolutely lives up to the hype. 💀 Fantastically tender protein, fun sides, great cocktails, and genuinely excellent service. I went early on a Thursday evening so there wasn’t much of a wait, but they even offer free canned water or beer while you wait outside for your table, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend the prime brisket and cafecito ribs. The fries were salty in the best way, the loaded mac and cheese was rich but paired perfectly with the BBQ, and the skull cornbread was both fun and actually good. The Lavender Lady cocktail and lavender lemon spritz were both solid. Also shoutout to our waitress Mia, who was super sweet and really knew the menu. What surprised me most was the vibe. It feels way cooler and more elevated than what usually comes to mind when you think of a BBQ spot. They even had Sade playing on a record player. Looking forward to coming back.

From the moment you arrive, you can tell this place is doing something right. There’s always a line, with a lot of people waiting to get in, which speaks volumes about how successful and in-demand it is. Once inside, the space is very well laid out, clean, and organized, making the overall experience comfortable despite how busy it gets. The service is excellent. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and constantly offering recommendations, especially when it comes to the meats, which really elevates the experience. The food is where this place truly shines. The ribs were incredibly good, the brisket was full of flavor and perfectly cooked, and the coleslaw was fresh and well balanced. The nachos were also delicious and great for sharing. But the highlight for me was the cornbread, easily the best I’ve ever had. Overall, it’s a very enjoyable spot, perfect for sharing with family or friends and enjoying high quality slow cooked meats. Definitely a highly recommended place in Miami.

Mikey our waiter was super friendly! Really cool guy really explained the menu very well and made excellent recommendations. Food pics are from the Humo Miami pop up at Apocalypse BBQ very delicious bbq tacos and ribs and the star of the show the cornbread churros!
